Color It is the first thing we encounter in a wine. It is an identity card that tells us where it comes from, the variety of grapes, the age, and the type of fermentation. The skin is the first element that gives color to a wine.

Scents anticipate the taste, letting us foresee mysterious feelings. In the wine, scents are related to the work in the cellar and to ageing. A glass contains hundreds of odorous molecules that combine to give off primary, secondary and tertiary aromas.

Soil gives each Vineyard different features. It is from the ground that a wine receives its character and it is from here that the roots take nutrients and minerals. This is why we can say that tasting a wine is like tasting a territory.
